Description
This workshop presents participants with information and strategies to help take control of their schedule and time. Participants will learn tips to help manage overload, plan and prioritize, handle interruptions, set limits, delegate effectively, and avoid procrastination. Participants will be more productive, less stressed, and will gain a greater sense of accomplishment and satisfaction by being able to focus on priorities.
