Acting as a generalist, this position’s primary focus is to provide full-cycle Recruitment & Selection services in support of the Police Department and other City departments as needed. The ideal candidate is a motivated HR professional with hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a public sector environment, who can confidently manage multiple recruitments. Familiarity with the NeoGov applicant tracking system is highly valued. In addition to recruitment expertise, the ideal candidate brings a foundational understanding of broader HR functions such as benefits, leaves, worker’s compensation and payroll, allowing them to support the team as operational needs evolve. A strong work ethic, data-driven approach to problem solving, and an innate desire to provide quality customer service are essential to success in this role.
