The City of Elk Grove is seeking qualified candidates to establish an eligibility list for the position of Real-Time Information Center Operator. The eligibility list will be used to fill future openings that may occur in the Police Department's Real-Time Information Center. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in a real-time crime center, security operations center, other live video monitoring centers, and understands the concept of what real-time crime centers operational missions are. They will have experience multitasking between monitoring live video while updating responders or other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adept at remaining composed of high-pressure situations and will exhibit exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
